By creating an account and making a payment, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.
The agreement becomes active once Unihost confirms payment and activates the services.
2. Service Activation and Duration
Services are activated only after full payment is received.
The duration of the service depends on the billing period selected at purchase.
If payment is not made within the required timeframe, services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required according to the chosen service plan.
All services are billed in advance, and users are responsible for the entire billing period regardless of actual usage.
Tariff updates and pricing changes are publicly available and apply upon renewal.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Unihost is committed to maintaining uninterrupted service availability.
Users are provided with an administrative panel to manage their services.
Technical support is available to resolve service-related issues.
All updates regarding services, terms, and payments are announced officially.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Payments must be made on time, in full.
All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and without causing harm to Unihost infrastructure or other users.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Hosting or sharing illegal content, including material related to pornography or copyright infringement.
Participation in cyberattacks, phishing, or cryptocurrency mining without permission.
Using Unihost services for illegal purposes, including support of sanctioned individuals or organizations.
Sending spam or unauthorized marketing communications.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Unihost provides a guaranteed 99.9% uptime for its services.
If uptime drops below the guaranteed level, compensation may be offered based on the extent of the downtime and the user’s monthly fee.
Compensation is not available during the first month of service.
8. Termination and Suspension
Unihost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates the Terms of Service.
Users may cancel their services by submitting a written notice, following any cancellation conditions outlined in their plan.
